I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Sciences (FCUL),  University of Lisbon, where I teach/taught courses on Machine Learning, Data Mining, Foundations of Data Science and Introduction to Research in Data Science. I am also a Senior Researcher at LASIGE, where I coordinate the Data and Systems Intelligence Research Line of Excellence and I’m a member of the Health and Biomedical Informatics Research Line of Excellence.
